Calling All Artists

I'm a bit behind the times, however, I've been slowly but surely saving up money I need for getting myself a proper setup. One thing that I've been dying to get for a very long time is a graphics tablet. I currently work off a wacom intuos tablet, but it is just a standard tablet and does not have a drawing screen.
A cintiq is the ideal tablet for any artist. However, those babies are anywhere from $800 to over $2,000 and i just font have that kind of bread to spend. I've done quite a bit of research on cheaper alternatives - reading/watching reviews and comparing different brands and models - and I've finally narrowed it down to the Artisul D13.
From what I've seen, the D13 gives you wack quality at a lower price (minus a few features that don't really bother me tbh). It seems there are more pros than cons when it comes to this guy, especially when compared to the other tablets I've looked at that just feel cheap.
Even though I'm pretty sold on the D13, I wanted to see what my fellow artists thoughts were. Even though this tablet is only around $450, that's still a good chunk of change I want to spend wisely. I appreciate any feedback that I can get. Thank you!
